Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be unused and in new condition.

The product should be in its original packaging.

If the item has been opened or used, it is eligible for return only if it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return Your Product:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.

Shipping the Product Back: After receiving your return authorization, carefully pack the copybook back in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defective product.
